CAPTIC CLIENT SERVICES LLC - TERMS & CONDITIONS

The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Captic Client Services LLC website and outline the standard terms of our non-legal administrative services. By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. (Note: Official clients will also be required to sign a formal Client Service Agreement prior to the commencement of any work).

1. Nature of Services

Client acknowledges that Captic Client Services LLC provides non-legal administrative document preparation and immigration support services only, which may include:

  • Preparation of immigration and visa forms strictly based on Client-provided information

  • Organization and assembly of supporting documents into filing packets

  • Checklist guidance and procedural sequencing for USCIS-related filings

  • General administrative assistance related to immigration filing processes


The Company does not provide legal services or legal representation.

2. No Legal Advice / No Attorney-Client Relationship

Client expressly understands and agrees:

  • Captic Client Services LLC is not a law firm

  • No attorneys are employed or acting on behalf of the Company

  • No legal advice, legal interpretation, or legal strategy is provided

  • No attorney-client relationship is created by this Agreement or any services rendered


Client is solely responsible for seeking independent legal counsel if legal counsel if legal
advice is needed.

3. No Government Representation

Client acknowledges that:

  • Company does not represent Clients before USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency

  • Company does not act as an agent or legal representative of the Client

  • All filings are prepared for Client submission or submitted strictly at Client direction

  • Any communication with government agencies remains the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly agreed in writing as a separate service

4. Scope Limitation of Services

Company services are strictly limited to administrative support. Company does not:

  • Provide legal advice or legal opinions

  • Guarantee eligibility for any immigration benefit

  • Represent Clients in interviews, hearings, or court proceedings

  • Act as a fiduciary or legal advisor

  • Interpret immigration law or government policy

5. Client Responsibility & Final Approval

Client acknowledges and agrees:

  • All documents are prepared based solely on information provided by Client

  • Client is responsible for ensuring all information is accurate, complete, and truthful

  • Client must review and approve all forms and filings prior to submission

  • Once Client approves documents, Client assumes full responsibility for their accuracy


Captic Client Services LLC is not liable for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies after Client approval.

6. Client Information Reliance

Client agrees that:

  • The Company relies entirely on information provided by Client

  • The Company does not independently verify the authenticity of Client-provided documents

  • Client is responsible for any consequences arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information

7. No Guarantee of Outcome

Client understands and agrees:

  • USCIS and other government agencies have sole discretion over all immigration decisions

  • The Company makes no guarantees regarding:

    • Approval or denial of any petition or application

    • Processing times

    • Requests for evidence (RFEs)

    • Visa issuance or immigration outcomes

8. Fees & Payments

  • All fees are for administrative document preparation and support services only

  • Fees are non-refundable once work has begun

  • Government filing fees are separate and non-refundable

9. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Captic Client Services LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

  • Client-provided information

  • Immigration outcomes or government decisions

  • Misrepresentation or omission by Client

  • Use of Company services

10. Confidentiality & Communication Limits

Company maintains confidentiality of Client information within the scope of service delivery but does not provide attorney-client privileged confidentiality.

Company does not guarantee ongoing case monitoring unless explicitly included in a separate service package.
